Kathy Miller, MAPP, MBA, ACC is a senior operations executive, board director, keynote speaker, and founder of MORE 4 Leaders. She has advanced from shop-floor industrial engineer to global executive leadership roles across aerospace, automotive, and diversified industrial manufacturing, including General Motors, Parker Hannifin, Rolls-Royce, and Vertiv.
Kathy is known for leading large-scale operational transformations that deliver measurable business results while strengthening culture. A Shingo Prize recipient and 2021 Women in Manufacturing Hall of Fame inductee, she integrates disciplined operating systems with the science of human flourishing to help leaders build high-performing organizations where both people and performance thrive.
